Um, dear best friend I fucking miss you. We used to be inseparable and it took one tiny thing, one stupid tiny thing like you choosing a boy over me to drive us apart. We struggled to make our friendship work but it just didn’t. Not after what you did. The rollercoaster was hard but we had to get off. Now we’re in a good place but I don’t think things will ever be the same between us (whether you break up with him or not) Um… It hurts and it sucks to know we won’t get back what we had. You were my soulmate, that one friend I could count on, talk to, confess to, be with and just… Have. It was always us against the world but then someone else came along and I got left behind. Your senior year came and things changed for you and I don’t think there was much room for me anymore anyways. I still hold all of our memories close in my heart because for now and forever it’ll have to do.
